Along Came Polly Boutique gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online for store credit (Along Came Polly Boutique e-gift card) within 14 days of your order's delivery date. We reserve the rights to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date and are accepted for store credit only (no exceptions). If returns arrive after the 14 day window, they will not be processed, and a $25 fee may be incurred if you wish to have the items shipped back to you.

- Place the item(s) in a shipping box with the original receipt and packing slip.
- Email hello@alongcamepollyboutique.com to request a return label to be sent to you via email.
- Attach your return label to the shipping box, and drop off at your local U.S. Post Office.

If you use our pre-paid return label, a $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit (Along Came Polly e-gift card), regardless of the number of items returned. Alternatively, you may choose to return the item using your own trackable shipping method.

Please allow up to 72 hours (three business days, Monday - Friday) from the date your return is delivered for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete, including your e-gift card.
