When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within two business days (Monday - Friday, with the exception of nationally recognized holidays). Orders placed on the weekends (Friday - Sunday) will ship on the following Monday.

Standard Shipping: ships via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail and is expected to arrive within 2-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping: ships via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Express and is expected to arrive with 1-3 business days.

Are shipping/delivery dates guaranteed?

While USPS (United States Postal Service)provides an estimated delivery time, the delivery date is not guaranteed. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, demand or other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If your item is not delivered on time, please contact USPS. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed delivery times.

What if my order was deemed undeliverable?

If the provided address is incorrect or deemed undeliverable by USPS (United States Postal Service), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please reach out to USPS Claims Support.
